2. Courses and trainings:
Diploma course management and leadership for beginners. Duration is six months.
Modules: project cycle management, time and office  management, financial sustainability, professional writing
skills, leadership and HR management.

Students learn through those courses the basic skills on how to manage a professional organisation and
project.

Training sessions for experts on:
● participatory monitoring and evaluation
● strategic thinking and planning
● microfinance business planning
